Scrap the skin and cut into slit karela length wise and remove the seeds and pulp
Take a bowl add boiled n mashed potato,turmeric powder,green chilly,garam masala powder,amchur powder and salt and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready and fill the stuffing in the karela.
Heat oil in a pan and add stuffed karela in full heat for one mins.
Now cover it and cook and cook in a slow flame for 10 to 15 mins.
Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
